The official Fotopack photographers will be identified with personalized orange vests and strategically placed throughout the Samba City. The system will recognize your photos through facial recognition, comparing the selfie sent with the images captured

To access them, simply visit the riocarnaval.fotop.com website, use the link sent by e-mail or access the application. Downloading the photos is simple: select the desired ones and click "download".

After inserting the selfie, the package becomes personal and non-transferable and can be changed only before the event.

If you wish to cancel the order, the request must be made up to 3 days in advance of the event through the e-mail sac@fotop.com.br. There will be no cancellation after this period.

If you don't have a minimum quantity of 10 photos offered, you must request a refund within 30 days after the event through sac@fotop.com.br. Refund requests will not be accepted after this period

The refund and cancellation will be made within 30 days after the request using the payment method used in the order.
